ALBUM
GETS 5 BARKS!
Songs To Make Dogs Happy,
a music CD for the ears of dogs and their owners, was created by
the Laurel Canyon Animal Company, who has utilized the talents and
expertise of psychic animal communicator Dr. Kim Ogden, and spent
over a year developing and testing the songs. Canine focus groups
selected from over 200 dogs nationwide were assembled and questioned
by Dr. Ogden as to their preferences in music and content. Among
the revelations: Some kinds of percussion (too much like gunshots)
and the word "no" (not popular among many species) are
not popular among dog listeners. The dogs' responses were then used
to create the music and lyrics resulting in a unique CD of dog friendly
songs which dogs (and people) love.
"Songs To make Dogs Happy
helps ease separation anxiety. It is very effective when played
in the car while traveling with your dog. It reinforces the bond
between humans and their dogs and helps relax both in stressful
situations when used according to the instructions provided"
says Skip Haynes, the creator of the album. He added, " by
being in the room when the album is played for the first two or
three weeks, owners can create a positive association with the music
that later calms pets down while the owner is out."
Songs To Make Dogs Happy is available
at petcds.com,
Amazon.com and nationally through major chains and retailers.
